Spanish based techno wizard Roll Dann reunites with Soma after some time with his latest release, After The Downfall EP. Having already released 3 massive EPs with the label, Roll Dann returns with clever and methodical style, blasting out 5 tripped out and energetic tracks. 

Hypnotism runs through the veins of Roll Dann’s productions and opening track, “The Downfall’ displays this emphatically. Jarring rhythmic structures control you straight away with controlled bursts of percussion drive the track. Next up, “Reality Colours” continues to mesmerise with it’s subtly fluctuating patterns and slowly building drums and drones. Taking a turn to a more melodic approach, “Three Sisters In A Row” has Roll Dann’s typical drive but opens up into more emotive territory with filtered strings flowing throughout. "Suburbs" bursts into existence with super nova like qualities as twisted synths hover menacingly in the background; ever evolving throughout. Exclusive to Bandcamp, “She Never Met The Winter” drives hard with a mechanical sequence at it’s heart.

Hailing from Bangalore, India; Anejath was exposed to an eclectic range of music from an early age. It was in the summer of 2014, that he was introduced to underground electronic music and Anejath has rarely looked back since.

His keen sense of sound, voracious appetite for mixing tunes, and his left-of-centre take on Techno, has found him a regular spot in the country's evolving nightlife. From sharing stages with diverse artists, Anejath has veered from his ecosystem to create some ear-perking and gripping sets and tracks.

"Tensile Tubes" and the tracks of the EP it belongs to, is a means of exploration for Anejath. He has produced different genres before coming back full circle to the spaces that speak to him the most. The driving and stripped-down nature of the track combined with the pop-out drum elements are relatively new territories for Anejath and his continuous exploration of new spaces and techniques. The intent of this track is to show the duality, through the means of a wave folded bassline and a more straightforward approach to techno arrangement that creates tension and familiarity at the same time.
