Gizmo is my most energetic and musically intense alter ego. I was active as a producer and a live performer since the early 2000s, and techno was the chosen language.

After an unfortunate 15 year long break, I started creating again. 

The language is still techno, but with the dialect of tension and suspense. There is lot that needs to be said after being dormant so long.

Prepare to listen.

The stage name is KOBESH, Beyond that standing JAMES Kobeshavidze. He made his first steps as a DJ in 2014, started carier at various clubs in Georgia and later at festivals too, KOBESH continues his work in France. His sets includes a style of hypnotic techno/ Groove, but also often appeals to  electronic sounds.  KOBESH focused to express music harmonizes with the vibration of the mind and body. he never gives up on experiments. It makes sense in his every DJ sets or live performances.

Love that boom boom woozz woozz tsee tsee and these cricks pops and cracks the vinyl does!

Apart from being software passionate and engineer for years I`m also a music lover since I was a child. My father used to play the old reel-to-reel tape player and gramophone to little me lying in cradle. It was so infectious that as a 5-year-old I was able to play music on reel-to-reel tape on my own. What happened next?
Then I went to technical studies where my inside melomaniac grew even further. I have programmed Flanger effect with the use of DSP processor. I started playing guitar and drums. Self learner, sometimes it was blood and tears, but in the end totally worth it. Together with a couple of folks we managed to record a few singles and throw some local gigs (me on drums). I dived into electronic sounds some years ago, but started with mixing DJ sets and experimenting with styles in August 2020 so I`m here ... still learning and enjoying at the same time.
I hope, one day we meet at the party ...
