Techno is body music. It’s all about this special feeling that you have when your mind disconnects and your body just follows the music, the feeling of freedom when you dance. 
Simone’s vision of techno unceasingly characterizes his unique productions as well as his DJ sets. Colorful and energetic techno, a powerful explosion of craziness and happiness at the same time. 
Three-dimensional spatial sounds combined with gentle but determined drum grooves create a mystical whirling result and a killer stereo experience. 
Last year Simone founded the Berlin based art and music collective Friendship Collective. Through his devotion to techno and visual and performance arts the idea for CONCEPTUAL was born. 
His performances will often be characterized by collaborations with visual artists and performers, creating a special techno experience for the people that come to see him play. 
Simone’s progressive approach to producing and DJing as well as his collaborations with artists in and outside music reflects his artistic vision and goals as much as his spirited personality, and, in its essence, embodies what CONCEPTUAL represents.

Robert Babicz announces new label: DIRT CUTS 

	Electronic music is about to get dirty as revered artist, producer and studio boffin Robert Babicz, aka Rob Acid, launches a strictly limited-run, live production label DIRT CUTS.

	Forget what you think you know about dance music. Forget loops and laptops, computers and coding, DIRT CUTS is raw, authentic, real, and above all, fearless. Debut release “A” drops on 20 November – the first of DIRT CUTS' 26 attempts to redefine the possibilities of 21st century electronic sound by recording live, improvised music produced without computers or sequencers.

	Robert is revisiting the synths, drum machines and fx equipment he used in the '90s while performing and producing as Rob Acid to create a new electronic music alphabet based on improvisation and experimentation – a language where “mistakes” can be the root of the magic. DIRT CUTS will release 26 EPs, titled from A to Z, then close forever.

	DIRT CUTS poses the provocative question: what can an artist achieve with simple tools? Though most of Rob Acid's work uses analogue equipment, DIRT CUTS takes this ethos a step further, stripping away modern computer technology to force Robert to confront himself as a creator and see how far he's come. It is a journey to discover what happens when old tools are handled with new wisdom, conscience and experience. Starting from scratch with each track, Robert will build a soundscape of rhythms, harmonies, shapes and colours using 90% analogue equipment to express the sonic visions of his youth, on synths he can finally afford. DIRT CUTS releases will be recorded on the iconic Studer A80 reel-to-reel machine. As a live performance, there is no chance to anticipate errors or instantly erase. Correcting a mistake during recording will mean rewinding, deleting and re-recording. Robert has taken the challenge of practicing and performing the tracks live, balancing the spontaneity of performance with the high production values and expectations of music fans in a digital age.

	“Who knows what will happen?” Robert says. “The path is the goal.” The only limitation on DIRT CUTS is the 26-release maximum. Within that space, Robert is open to collaborate, experiment, and explore ideas with like-minded artists.

	DIRT CUTS is an art project with attitude, designed for the dancefloor, and destined to push boundaries. It brings the magic of live music back to the increasingly programmed world of dance. Forget flawless! DIRT CUTS is about improvisation and purity: celebrating the beauty and wildness, and the adventure in the journey.

-こちらのミックスはどちらで収録したものですか？

ローマにある自分のスタジオでライブ録音しました。


-このミックスの使用機材を教えてください。

1918年の蓄音機2台。:-) もちろん冗談。でもちょっと説明が難しいんだよね、、。
自分のスタジオでミックスを作る時はラップトップとコントローラーを使っていて、コントローラーは個人的にMIDIの方が違うサウンドソースをコントロールしやすいと思ってるから、MIDIboxのコアに基づいて自分で作ったものを使っているんだ。スタジオではそれでRMEのコンバーターのチャンネルをコントロールして、ミキサーとして使ってる。そうすればヴァイナル、CD、シンセ、ドラムマシーン、その他プレイ中に頭に浮かんだもの全てをリアルタイムで使えるから。8チャンネルのミキサーと同じコンセプトだよ。8種類のオーディオインプットをミックスしてマスターチャンネルを全て録音してあるDATテープに割り当てたよ。


-コンセプトを教えてください。

最初はアンビエントのミックスを作ろうと思ってたんだけど、なんか途中でテクノ、トライバルな気分になって最終的にテクノに走ったね。正直最初のプランからは外れたけど、瞬間的に突き動かされたって感じかな。


-最近の活動を教えてください。

自分のレーベル〈Outis Music〉と、Modern Headsの新しいライブセット、あと次の大きなプロジェクトのリリースを控えていて、リリース後のライブ／ヴィジュアルショーにも取り組んでる。あと実は新しい音楽プロダクションにも参加しているんだ。テクノとは限らない、、、とりあえず〈Outis Music〉のウェブサイトで随時情報を更新していくよ。 ;-)

A Parisian club kid in the early 2000s, Djebali has grown into one of the most accomplished house producers from the city’s new generation of talent.

Driven by his own self-titled imprint ( djebali ) in 2011 and several sub-labels in the last few years, together with gigs at high-profile clubs around the globe and a back catalogue full of classic house grooves of the highest order. He is one of Paris’ shining stars.

For 2016 ( djebali ) goes digital for the very first time with edits of tracks from the label’s back catalogue and previously unreleased tracks on the horizon. The new venture will allow fans to purchase special digital versions of his work, opening him up to a whole new audience of music lovers. Though he is keen to assert that vinyl is still where his heart lies, and will always be the priority.

BIO:
The Lady Machine is a veteran Brazilian artist with 20 years of experience on her belt purely as a vinyl DJ. Based on a more complex structure of rhythms with dark underground lines of synths and textures, The Lady Machine incorporates the spirit of techno in the twenty first century. 
She stands by a deep musical research and precise technique. Her versatile sets blend genres of techno in its many forms and when combined with her fast, furious but tight mixing it creates a perfect atmosphere with the dancefloor. "I never limit myself to one style. “A quality sound with attitude and always dance floor orientated are what I try to convey in my sets" she says. 
Following a hiatus from the techno community, over the past two years she has cemented her name in the Berlin community playing at the best events in the city and becoming a resident at the highly-rated event Pornceptual. 
Previously she has been at the forefront of the underground electronic scene in Brazil for many years, her skills have taken her around the globe over the past two decades including Asia, North America, Latin America and numerous tours of Europe with club and festival performances across the continent. 
Now residing in Berlin, she is running her label Unterwegs and recently released the second record with some long-awaited production in the form of two solid, raw techno tracks: Diligence & Vigilance. Her tracks have been supported by acts such as Ben Sims, Dave Clarke, Freddy K, Setaoc Massand many others.  
Meanwhile, she continuous to perfect her productions skills concentrating on the quality, not quantity of output and playing gigs for well established clubs and parties.

Bosnian-built and -bred Sev Dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on techno. Authentically purveying the pulsations of the nakedly throbbing and ugly world, far away from Starbucks and H&M.
Signed to respected labels such as Random Island, Mote-Evolver, Komisch and Frozen Border sublabel Naked Index he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label Proletarijat since 2016. Like a rabid mongrel, since 1998 he has been chewing and belching new bastard beats that are aching to scream out. Consequently there’s a steaming and steady stream of vinyl releases coming.
With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time."

Parisian – Benales has been honing his craft since the end of the 90s. As an avid record collector, vinyl only DJ and enthusiast of Techno and House – his DJ sets and tracks combine the raw, dark and deep elements of these musical forms with a firm nod in the direction of Detroit. His talent allows him to put himself in many clubs in Europe like Tresor, Rex Club, Le sucre, The Gate (Georgia) but also as a regular guest of Concrete when it’s not rare to find Benales surrounded by guest of solid reputation like DVS1, Zadig, Surgeon, Steve Bicknell, Dj Pete, James Ruskin. Fascinated by Techno and coldness of electronic music, he released some EP’s and remixes on Sino (Technasia Label), and notably “Elements part 1 & part 2” have marked his spot in the international scene. Over the years, he had several releases on outstanding labels like Suburban Avenue, Analog Solutions, Knotweed, Diffuse Reality, Key Vinyl, and many more to follow.
