Born and raised in Santander, @p-e-a-r-l first witnessed electronic music from late 90s - early 00s sounds which played a fundamental role in his productions/ As a teenager, the Spaniard immersed himself within club culture and was immediately drawn to the harsh beats of British techno. 

2006 marks the starting point of his now primary outlet: P.E.A.R.L. releasing his first tracks on @tsunamirecs.
In 2012 he moves to Berlin and one year after he founds his own imprint, @falling-ethics Records, first as an outlet for his own productions and lately opening the doors to other creators like Umwelt or Oscar Mulero.
2017 is going to be a pivotal year on his career, with the release of his first Album, Temptation through Impatience, to be released on his very own Falling Ethics imprint and his addition to @polegroup.
Recently in 2020-2021, he unleashed a string of hard-hitting tracks and EPs such as Tribal Science on Hector Oaks imprint OAKS or We Will Not All Fall, the first release of his new Falling Ethics sublabel Moral Standards: A subjective look at the current Techno scene with music from artists like Matrixxman, Sunil Sharpe, VCO or Nene H. 

As a performer he is an excellent selector in the DJ booth, combining the pulse of pounding grooves in a very eclectic way, always making his sets an unexpected journey.

Elías García delights us with a sonic odyssey composed of 26 cuts from his formidable discography, material soon upcoming, and an extra number on zeros and ones. 
Pushing "Binary" limitations forward, challenging the power of easy blend, and opening the path to a spectrum of infinite possibilities.
It displays a complex detail manipulation of minimalism sound. 

The set conveys a blossoming talent in the underground techno scene, energizing transition, and pure meaning of his haunting sci-fi hypnotic sound. His aura glows in a blazing voyage, recognizing the weight of growing up around a melting pot of influences, but nowadays, we desire it has reached its destination.

Today, coinciding with International Women's Day, we call to celebrate it with this wonder episode, but not just in a generalized vindication for a gender. But with the matter in any combination and result.

Exos is one of the most experienced and respected artists within the circuit of techno and dub techno in Iceland. Active since 1997, Exos has released three albums and more than twenty singles, along with collaboration with the likes of Steve O'Sullivan, Ben Sims, Mark Broom and Dj Rush and Nina Kraviz. In 2017 Exos is opening his own label called "Invisible Limits" (IVl) releasing music from friends, favorites and himself. He gives us a mix here of his favourite tracks from the last 12 months, this is his first podcast in 3 years!

Inigo Kennedy is a pioneering and respected techno and electronic music producer and DJ. He is well known for always bringing technical and creative originality and skill to his work. He is the owner of the innovative and genre defying label Asymmetric. He has also been responsible for a large and diverse back catalogue of releases on a wide variety of labels and projects around the World. His discography stretches to almost 100 releases on vinyl, CDand as MP3. His DJ schedule has taken him to all corners of the World.

Ahead of his debut EP on @Soma, we invite Magna Pia on the latest Slam Radio episode. Hüseyin Evirgen is a composer, producer and DJ. He is one half of Cassegrain as well as works on his own solo material as Magna Pia since 2016. He studied composition, piano and electronic music at the University of Istanbul and Mozarteum Salzburg. He has composed music for theatre, dance performances and mixed media for almost two decades. After meeting Alex Tsiridis at the Red Bull Music Academy in 2008, they formed the techno duo
“Cassegrain”. Since their first release on Mikrowave in 2010, they have worked with a variety of labels such as infrastructure NY, Prologue, Killekill, Ostgut Ton, Counterchange and Semantica. In 2016 they formed their own imprint called “Arcing Seas”, which is now home to both collaborative work as Cassegrain, solo projects as well as guest artists.  As Magna Pia, Hüseyin Evirgen focuses on providing combative dance floor trips and unorthodox sonic moods with subtle 90s techno references while he keeps his interest in combining contemporary techno music with archaic symbolism.

Sesión grabada en el pasado Rebels Showcase con Inigo Kennedy en jimmy Jazz (Gasteiz) donde el británico nos deleitó con una masterclass de techno, género en el que se introdujo de cabo a rabo, pudimos escuchar en su set desde los sonidos más orgánicos a los mas crudos, techno clásico, techno moderno y por supuesto no faltaron esas pinceladas de melancolía con las características melodías de sus producciones. 
No queríamos que este set se quede en el recuerdo,  queremos que sea un regalo para todxs lxs amantes de la música.
