Sarah Wreath is a Berlin-based DJ, sound practitioner and sound engineer. She has dedicated herself full-time to sound research and music production since 2020. In her vision, there’s no prevailing preference over the role of producer or DJ - no hierarchical distinction amongst the club’s dance floor, the acoustic hall or healing sound bath. In the same perspective, both the creator and the careful selector of music & sound are entrusted with the power of touching the body-mind complexities of listeners and dancers with forceful acoustic messages.

Its soundscape is raw and unsettled, built from fragments that grind against each other yet form an unsettling harmony. This track is less a monument than a ghost of one — music that lingers like dust in the air after destruction, whispering of what once was and what cannot be reclaimed.

Volume 14 comes from our friend and another Chicagoan who's recently relocated to Berlin, Exael aka Naemi. Their split cassette with uon is getting a release soon via anomia, and they've got plenty more in the works, which we can't wait to see the light of day. The 2 hours of music they sent over covers just the right amount of ground & manages to maintain a natural feeling common thread. Enjoy the music~~
