It's raining on the JazzBook!

The Lost American JazzBook has WON "Vocal Jazz Album of the Year" from the 14th Annual Independent Music Awards.

The song, "Jazz is Like Rain" was a finalist in the jazz category of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest 2014.

And "Sandy in the Rain" was a finalist in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest 2015.

The Lost American JazzBook features ORIGINAL songs written in the style of the great jazz standards--from the first lesbian love song in the history of Big Band music to bebop to samba.

There's a lot of great jazz being played today, but "songwriting" that is at the heart of so much of the music has been all but lost...until now!

JazzBook features some of the finest musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area, including 2-time Grammy-winning violinist Mads Tolling, and introducing the extraordinary vocals of Rose Armin-Hoiland.
