On top of that, the garbage dump is swapped with the starting point, which means you'll fall into a dark and damp cavern.

Plays while traversing through the Dredge.

The Dredge is the second main location of Chapter 4. A harsh, odorous environment where only the most monstrous Darkners can survive.
Kris falls into the Dredge after their encounter with the Roaring Knight, and where they also meet Sans for the first time in the chapter.
[ABSOLUTELY NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THOSE TWO EVENTS, NOT AT ALL]
Towards the tail end of the Dredge is where you meet Onion, and right before exiting it, Sans leaves you to do some "legitimate business". Right after exiting it is where you can find Hook.
