01 Absence Of The Sight

LOST LIONS is a progressive rock group formed in the summer of 2009 in Chicago. The group consists of lead vox/bassist Chad Torkelson, lead guitarist Mike Wills, backup vox/guitar Noel Shanteau, and drummer/utility Rich Rossmann.
 
Strong bass lines, bluesy guitar solos, complex rhythms and melodic vocal melodies seamlessly mesh within tight, crisp arrangements, creating a highly stylized combination that is part alt rock, part progressive, and all original. The group’s inventive music draws upon many influences as diverse as The Pixies, Coheed & Cambria, Saosin, Deftones, Radiohead, Minus the Bear, Explosions in the Sky, etc...
