Episode 8 in the Magic Carpet saga sees our intrepid explorers venture back in time in search of forgotten magic. Following a series of hare-brained escapades through the mid-90s they encounter the mighty DJ Fary.

Once revived from his shock at modern day Discogs prices, Fary entrusts our travellers with the DAT tapes of his most original work. Two timeless tracks, brought back to the future and arranged back to back. Enjoy the ride!

We initially brushed shoulders with R-O-V at various raves and parties in our hometown Leeds and the more we got to know him his passion for collecting records became apparent.

The first instalment of our mix series comes from the prominent 'HAŴS'(@hawsmusic) label co-owner and up and coming dj/producer, Rhodri Price (@rhodriprice). The fellow Welshman presents to us a fast-paced mix brimming with broken happy-hardcore heaters that reflect his recent interest in early 90’s UK rave culture.

The Cwmbran born but Cardiff bred Viewpoints is not a stranger but a familiar face to his local scene, having supported the likes of Special Request, Frits Wentink, and CC:Disco, it's no surprise that he is a hot topic amongst local rave-enthusiasts. 

This mix covers a wide range of the underground music cosmos; spanning house, breakbeat, electro, and bass. 

Keep your eyes peeled for Gethin's latest production which is due to be released on the 24th of December, and his Balamii showcase in the new year.
