Newcastle based producer/DJ Hyphen is best known for his bubbly, old skool garage productions which, alongside being Co-Founder and owner of Profound Sound, has cemented himself as a talented upcoming name in the scene. Over the last 2 years, you will have seen him playing out all across Newcastle’s venues, and might have even caught him in Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, London or even The Alps. In this time he’s supported huge DJs such as Bakey, Oldboy, Scruz, Silva Bumpa, Skeptic, Artmann & DXNBY with many being at his collectives own sellout events.

Hyphen’s tunes have also gained huge traction amongst UK Garage artists, having had plays from the likes of Main Phase, Interplanetary Criminal, Izco, DJ EZ, ODF & more. His production style has led to big label releases with God Gives Records, FLAT 22, Redline Records, Shellout Sessions and of course Profound Sound, with some exciting forthcoming releases to come.
