The Heavy Metal Buffet is a non-profit organisation run by a bunch of metalheads in Shetland with the aim of putting on gigs and promoting the local music scene. 

Our podcasts feature local and international rock and metal; events in and around Shetland; post gig exploits and reviews; and updates as we prepare for the next year’s festival and upcoming gigs.

Fiercely rooted in the Philadelphia underground bass scene, Viberium is the new bass music project from the award-winning producer, Antonio "Fuzz Heady" Gonzalez of The Maniac Agenda. Most known as a co-producer to the acclaimed Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance OST. This instilled the punk rock attitude that defines the Viberium lifestyle. A lifestyle that oozes out of every crevice of his uncompromising vibe.

This marks the birth of his signature sound, which brings the raw gritty energy of Philadelphia rave music, emotional composition, on top of a backdrop that speaks to gaming culture, festival goers, underground ravers, and the playlist generation.
 
Lighting the underground ablaze in 2021 with his debut EP "Pleasant Nightmares," Viberium topped the Beatport electro-house chart for an entire month and earned a “best of” re-release on Lazy Rich’s Big Fish Recordings. Not one to miss out on the action Viberium once stated “I broke my knee in a mosh pit during my set to the title track. No Regrets. I’d do again.”

No stranger to rocking crowds, Viberium and his projects have made appearances at major East-Coast festivals including Big Dub, Camp Bisco, Gathering of The Vibes, and more.

Loud and Anxious is metal podcast created by two metal nerds.
In the podcast, you can hear us: the Loud (Serena) and the Anxious (Murat).

We are die-hard metal fans under 35.
We broadcast in The Netherlands, however, neither of us is Dutch.
We broadcast in English, even if is not native and full of errors.
We like beer and gossips.
We like muscles guys and goth girls.
We can speak hours about metal, but we keep it short and we do an episode of 30 min per week.
