Zacarías Ferreira (nacido en Tamboril, República Dominicana) es un cantante y compositor de bachata dominicano. Sus canciones se han difundo en países como los Estados Unidos, Puerto Rico, España, Alemania, Italia, Bolivia, Venezuela y Cuba.

Zacarías Ferreira nació en la región del Cibao en Canca Arriba, paraje del municipio de Tamboril, justo en el epicentro de la República Dominicana. Nacido en el seno de una familia de músicos y cantores por lo que no resulta extraño que desde niño soñara con una carrera musical.

De joven partió de su hogar a Santo Domingo con la firme voluntad de emprender su carrera no sólo con vocación y para ello ingresó al Conservatorio Nacional. Al mismo tiempo, cantaba con un grupo de bachata local porque debía "ganarse la vida". Su primer grabación fue "Me Liberé" en el año 1998 con un magnífico resultado. Ganó el prestigioso Premio Casandra.

Hoy en día es una de las voces más representativas del género de la Bachata Dominicana.

For his fourth live-recorded album, Matt Redman knew he wanted to do something different. The most recent live recordings, GRAMMY award-winning 10,000 Reasons and Billboard chart-topping Your Grace Finds Me, were recorded in Atlanta, but Redman had a different dream for Unbroken Praise, his latest live collection that will release with sixstepsrecords on June 16.

“I had the Abbey Road idea because we’ve done a few little things there in the past,” says Redman. “But to record a whole album there is another level and I wondered if it was perhaps a dream too big!” The historic London recording studio is better known for recording bands like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Cliff Richard, Shirley Bassey, and Queen than it is for hosting nights of worship, but after Redman shared his dream with Louie and Shelley Giglio, label leaders of sixstepsrecords, their team began making phone calls. Soon after, the idea began to take shape.

On recording day, a crowd of 350+ gathered in the Georgian townhouse-turned-studio and worshipped. “That was an amazing moment,” recalls Redman. “Partly because it’s an amazing thing to make a record there anyway, but also to have church in that place. To me, that’s even more special. Those in attendance had learned all of the songs to be recorded beforehand. All of the songs except for one: “Unbroken Praise.” That’s because Redman and longtime co-writer and friend Jonas Myrin had only finished writing it at 11:30 p.m. the night before.

In rare night-before-a-live-recording producer form, Nathan Nockels (10,000 Reasons; Your Grace Find Me), wrote Redman an email that said, “We’ve got your back, so even if at this moment you wanted to bring in a brand new song, that would be fine with us. We’ll make a plan.” That’s the encouragement Redman needed. “I remember thinking to myself, I’m sad I didn’t get to finish that ‘Unbroken Praise’ song. It’s just one of those things. I’ve tried my best and didn’t get there. Then Nathan emailed me.”

Redman and Myrin finished up the song just in time for the live recording. “I could see people pouring out their hearts to God through it,” says Redman, “and very quickly it became the title song.” The phrase “unbroken praise” was taken from a verse in the classic hymn “Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee,” referring to the act of glorifying God through praise and acknowledging Him in everything we do.

J Balvin is the stage name of José Álvaro Osorio Balvín, from Medellín, Colombia. Balvin is a reggaeton singer whose polished urban singles and best-selling albums have made him a top-tier Latin pop artist. He became interested in music at a young age while listening to rap, champeta, bachata, and reggae on the radio. He was also a big fan of music videos; it was from these that he began to develop his dance moves and cultivate his own style.

He signed to EMI Colombia in 2009 and released his first single, "Ella Me Cautivó," which charted at 35 on the U.S. tropical chart. This was followed by the release of the full-length Real in 2010. Balvin contributed four tunes to the soundtrack of the Tim Bulot film El Negocio. All of them charted, including "En Lo Oscuro," which hit the top spot in his native country.

La FamiliaBalvin was a featured vocalist on the Colombian version of Robin Thicke's smash single "Blurred Lines," which was issued in October of 2013, just prior to his own second album, La Familia. All four singles from the album charted in Colombia's Top Ten, and "Yo Te Lo Dije" hit number two on the rhythm chart and number nine on the Latin pop chart in the U.S. The B Sides collection appeared in September of 2014, featuring two more radio chart-topping singles in "6 AM" and "Ay Vamos." The latter won a Latin Grammy for Best Urban Song. His 2015 single "Ginza," the offcial pre-release for his next album, entered the Hot Latin Songs chart at number one, topped several others, and was certified platinum.
EnergíaBalvin's collaborations were as notable as his own work that year. He and Julión Álvarez were featured on Juan Gabriel's single "La Frontera." His "Latino Remix" of Justin Bieber's smash "Sorry" scored big for both artists at Latin pop radio and in digital streaming and downloads. The following year, Balvin won the Premios Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year Award and was a featured guest on both Sofia Carson's charting debut single "Love Is the Name" and on Alejandro Sanz's "Cuando Seas Grande" -- from a performance at La Voz -- along with Gloria Trevi and Los Tigres del Norte. In May, he released the single "Bobo," produced by Pharrell Williams, who also appeared on the track along with Mosty and Bia. It topped the Latin songs chart. The full-length, Energia, was produced by Sky and featured additional contributions from Bull Nene, Daddy Yankee, Fuego, Yandel, and Juanes.
