On the back of a cleverly edited video Danny made for his song We Are Connected, featuring the likes of Rihanna, Katy Perry & Justin Bieber, the industry buzz around Danny Shah has started. The video received 750,000 views in its first week and tweets such as :

Blog support has been flowing in from the likes of Yahoo!, The Daily Record, First News, Record Of The Day, Closer, Myspace, Sugarscape and Danny’s brilliant stage performances have earned him great reviews and a string of festival dates over the summer, sharing the bill with the likes of Tinchy Strider, Amy MacDonald, Stooshe, Skepta and even Bruce Springsteen.

To get his views for the We Are Connected video up to one million, Danny set out performing on the streets of London becoming the FIRST EVER SINGER TO BUSK FOR YOUTUBE VIEWS NOT MONEY. Singing over a few days in Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and on the South Bank with a huge sign announcing his video

Danny moved down to London in mid 2011, living in a youth hostel during the week when he's recording and working as a waiter at the weekends. With long time collaborator Mike Kintish. Danny has now
completed the first phase of honing his sound.
