Röset 2015

On the 7th of May 2016 Mimitabu performed my tactile piece ITAPÅNE at Cinnober in Gothenburg. It was comissioned by the ensemble and is written for Cello, Violin and Percussion. With the addition of amplified sawblades.

I realized I have done spontaneous recordings on my phone for over a year and it was time to sort them out. This is it.

My phone (or: I go places I don't remember)

My instrument project with feedback through Birch Burl. Vril in Swedish.
Today I tried it out with my new Vintage Time Machine. 
I'm "Riffing" on the Vril, this is not an actual piece.
Recorded with Zoom in my Studio (not recording studio, to be clear)

The recording is live, minimum editing. Also containing some type of honking horn and a baby.

Latest gig with the Vril project out in wonderful Torpåkra ljudstation run by Soundspotters. http://www.soundspotters.org/
In this gig I was overlapping my sounds with the end of Jörgen Anderssons (https://soundcloud.com/knasterask) set, playing VLF radio receiver. Picking up sounds from ground and space. He gave me a push into my own set and which turned out great. 
Very happy with the development.
