Originally from Sulcis, Nicola Barca began his musical journey at just 10 years old, studying music theory and wind instruments at a music school, drawn to genres such as Jazz, Soul, Rock, and Metal.  
The discovery of The Prodigy led him to explore electronic music, and by the age of 15, he was already collecting and mixing vinyl records.  
After years of collaborations and productions with the top labels in the global Hardtechno scene, the MODEL SHAPE project was born in 2016, blending hardgroove sounds with the hypnotism of Deep Techno.  
A resident DJ at Basstation for 8 years and a producer, he continues to explore new sonic horizons, with a new EP on the way.

A meeting point of artists and professionals with deep roots in the underground party scene reaching back for over 15 years. Founded in Milan in 2010 the collective decided to move operations over to Berlin in 2011.

Lounge Squatt aim to deliver quality nightlife experiences with a focus on techno & bass music - showcasing some of finest artists in their respective genres.

As well as Events Promotion the project also consists of a Booking Agency for the collective's artists and a Record Label.
