Message from Specimen A(Phil Jones)

Working alongside a games company like Konami has always been a goal
of mine and i was very pleased and hounored when asked to participate
in this project.
 
This was without doubt a type of project that I had not done
before. Maintaining the balance between the original music and remixing
it  in to style of Drum and Bass was more of a challenge than I first
thought. The remix was quite difficult  because the parts were sent to
me in a way which I had to recreate a lot of the content. Not so easy
when you are faced with bpm changes, different time signatures and so
on.
 
Needless to say I did what I could to make it work. At one point I was
rather stuck with keeping enough of the original content in and making
it sound authentic. I'm very happy with the outcome now. Our remix
keeps the qualities of the original but is delivered in an underground
future Drum and Bass style. The depth and dimension of this remix
really came together in the end. I hope the fans of the game enjoy our
interpretation of 'Train' and look forward to doing more work with the
team.

This one I submitted awhile ago for Dwelling of Duels and placed 2nd. It is a piano medley and includes songs from Skyward Sword (Ballad of the Goddess), Ocarina of Time (Lost Woods or Saria's Song), and Majora's Mask (Song of Healing).

It is "version 1" because I may do another medley later with different songs.
