This song is about 2 women doing what they have to do to survive their hardnock lives..One is a groupie who slept around with men at college ends up getting leukemia and commits suicide..The other is college student by day,  stripper by night all to support her two kids.. Due to her nightlife she sexually contracts the Hiv virus and dies in a short time after.. Two sad and tragic stories..Unfortunately these are things women face in life.. To all ladies in these situations remain strong and keep ya head up and remain positive..
