A key figure in the Parisian and French club scene, she has made her mark through her Rinse France residency, her visionary work as the former booker of La Machine du Moulin Rouge, and her involvement with the Divin0 collective. Her approach is driven by an unwavering passion for uniting artists and communities across borders.

With this first volume, Anaco highlights the deep connections between two major hubs of European electronic music: Spain and France — two countries close to her heart, as she embodies both cultures.

Bringing together 10 tracks from 12 artists based in Spain and France, this compilation showcases diverse interpretations of club music. The result is a seamless fusion of styles, where breaks, techno, bass music, and footwork merge with the infectious rhythms of dembow, reggaeton, and Brazilian funk.

More than just a collection of tracks, this release redefines what shapes the club sound today. It highlights the influence of artists from Latin America, North Africa, and the French overseas territories, who are essential to the evolution of today’s European club scene.

The proceeds from this compilation will be fully donated to OST – Organisation de Solidarité Trans, an association that advocates for the rights, protection, and well-being of trans and non-binary people, providing essential support in the face of systemic discrimination and violence in an increasingly hostile global context.

About the artist: 

Celebrated as one of the innovators of a new sound emerging from the
Amsterdam underground, Prince Pasensi’s infectious rhythms are rapidly
gaining international recognition.

Armed with afro traditional drums from Suriname, he brings these unique sounds to dance
halls across the country, striving to spread their influence globally.

“I am always fascinated by tracks that generate energy and emotion especially in cases that there’s a fundamental idea/formula like melodic or rhythmic structure that is repeated throughout that piece of music. So, with “SPLASH” I felt that urge to make something similar. I started by recording a plain bass sequence and built the whole thing from there. Repetitiveness is somehow hypnotic and can create and emerge trance-like Balkan festive emotions/vibe.“
