"Atonement" or AT-ONE-MENT is the ancient word for Sound Healing.

For the ancients Solfeggio Frequencies represented "the Key to the Kingdom of Heaven" because they are sonic expressions of the divine intelligence of life and represent the wholeness and completeness of the universe. They are frequencies of the "highest order"  and can support us to raise our vibrations and get back into our natural state of balance, harmony and oneness.

Those are frequencies used in this particular SOLFEGGIO AT-ONE-MENT:

55,5 Hz Subharmonic of 111 Hz

111Hz – base frequency , first note in the solfeggio matrix and also first note of the “angelic solfeggio scale” , Findings of MRI scans suggest that at exactly 111hz, the brain switches off the prefrontal cortex, deactivating the language centre, and  temporary switches from left to right-sided dominance , that is responsible for intuition, creativity, holistic processing, inducing a state of meditation or a trance. 

128 Hz – ancient frequency used by the hopi indians, related to the heart chakra but also a “master frequency” that brings harmony and balance to all organs in the physical body

222 Hz – frequency that is related to inner mastery, it also stands for balance, together with other “angelic frequencies” it can open a gateway into higher dimensions and consciousness

333 Hz – frequency related to boosting manifestations and creations, 3,6,9 are the numbers that govern our physical reality

396 Hz – letting go of fear, guilt and shame, releasing old karma and negative beliefs assists in calming down the nervous system and in reprogramming our subconscious
assists in reversing symptoms of stress, anxiety and worries by releasing negative emotions and energy blockages

444 Hz – frequency that represents consciousness, also the Root Note “A” in the solfeggio tuning

528 Hz - "Miracle Frequency" can repair and active our DNA

666 Hz – connecting us to higher dimensions and our higher self

639 Hz – related to the heart chakra, assists to create more loving and harmonious relationships with others and ourselves

963 Hz – related to the direct connection to source and our higher self, allows us to connect with the higher realms and assists us to open up to the experience of unconditional love.

In addition the frequencies 369, 639 and 963 are plused as isochronic tones vibrating at 3.96 Hz that help our brain hemispheres to get in sync and to induce a deep meditative and relaxed theta brainwave state.

All the instruments (singing bowls, chrystal bowls, synhts) are tuned to 444Hz (which equals to C= 528Hz) and all settings and modulations are adding up to the numbers of 3,6,9 for maximum coherence and harmony ;)
