Zurich based Project Indigo is looking to one of its founders for the latest release. ‘i thought it was yesterday’, by boaksi is an emotive album full of twists and turns from ambient to breakbeat, showing off the skill of the swiss producer’s grasp on creating moments that will hang in the air even after the final note is played.

Fermi’s Paradox comes in as the B3 side of the double vinyl release, with the dulcet tones of boaski starting almost immediately and enveloping the listener in their warmth. Mix them together with a tastefully done guitar riff, breakbeat percussion, and a hint of melancholy, and you’ve got a winner on your hands. 

‘i thought it was yesterday’ will be released in digital on April 9, 2022 and vinyl in late summer.

The third release on this white label series brings together some key members of the Aniara crew. Bergqvist returns with a magnificently minimalist track: a drum machine, a 303 bassline and resonating arpeggios swirling to the moon and back. Dorisburg follows up with an angular, spiraling beat where the devil is in the sizzling details. Genius of Time close out the record on the flip with another one of their signature organic drum workouts.

After six inimitable EPs ranging from blissful pop to slow burning house, Frank&Tony, aka Francis Harris and Anthony Collins, the creative force behind the boutique label Scissor and Thread, break new ground once again with their debut full length, "You Go Girl.” Reflecting the spellbinding vibe of their monthly "Punch Drunk Love" residency in The Panther Room at Brooklyn’s Output, “You Go Girl,” marks the duo's turn from their pop-driven work with proteges Bob Moses towards a grittier, analogue, club-centric approach. The result is an enduring slice of true dance floor magic that nods to Basic Channel, Detroit and New York house while rolling along effortlessly for nearly an hour.
