SHMN unveils his latest musical offering with the release of the mesmerizing "Sinking" EP, featuring a stellar remix by Undercatt. The EP, now available on Fayer, showcases SHMN's distinctive sound and creative prowess, drawing inspiration from the likes of Ry X, Who Made Who, and more.

The title track, "Sinking," serves as the EP's centerpiece, opening with a soul-stirring guitar riff and accompanied by a gentle acoustic bass that sets the foundation for the composition. Ethereal atmospheres gradually envelop the listener, inviting them to immerse themselves in a sonic landscape adorned with emotive piano chords, melancholic guitar phrases, intricate percussion, and lush vocals. Much more than a DJ, she is a unifying element of music herself – merging people of different scenes, as the music she plays does exactly that. Even more than 15 years down, for her, this is the most important reason for still loving what she does. A passion, that manifested over the years in psychedelic, hypnotic sets at Berlin's influential locations including Sisyphos and Mensch Meier. She enjoys immersing herself in the electronic and psychedelic vibes playing at the most amazing festivals, such as Mo:Dem as a resident, Boom, Ozora, Masters of Puppets, Waldfrieden and Bucht der Träumer Festival, to name a few favorites. Not only in the founding of the connecting platform xXETEXx, but also in every single event, there is real lifeblood, audible and tangible. Whether you find her in front of or behind the decks. 

AYJO
Typically for Josephine, she simply loves good music - across the boundaries of genre or bpm. Which makes her AYJO project the perfect complementation for her to inspire the crowd with dark experimental over dreamy ambient, dub to liquid drum and bass – yet always with a psychedelic twist. Expect the unexpected! 


She conceives that ‘Music is without borders, unlimited by genre, it’s simply a representation of taste’.
