Axis Operandi [Biotechnology | Poland]

Leader of music platform and series of events - Biotechnology which is focused on promotion of psychedelic, cosmic, organic and hypnotic sounds in techno and broadly defined electronic music. 
Co-founder of the Densiflora platform, which promotes cross-genre electronica with dreamy, groovy sounds. His selection is best described by the projects he is behind. Within techno music he is looking for the bridge between a deep, trancey, minimalist sound and broken or tribal beats. In his DJ and promoter activity he tries to convince his listeners that sets grown out of techno do not have to be mainly strong or mainly dark in their expression, that there is space for a whole range of emotions in the 4/4 area. 
He performed at events signed by such brands as Up to date festival, Instytut, Revive or LAS festival. He shared the stage with such artists as eg. Edit Select, Steffi, Valentino Mora, Shlomo, AWB, Setaoc Mass, Svarog, VSK, Freddy K or Justine Perry.

Excitement nearly gets you on your knees. Bioelectrical impulses sprint down the nervous system – the skin is covered in goosebumps in a split second. Every time feels like it’s the first one, every time the kid inside chuckles, every time a smile glows over the wrinkled face and a joyful tear rolls down the cheek. 
The ocean – is perhaps one of the more frequently used words in our texts. A repeating theme of sorts that has its gravitational pull on the Black Wave. Lopar reiterates it once more with podcast no. 52. Have a listen.

@lopar_music began his career as a professional DJ in 2015 at Academia Decibel (Intelligent Division) in Medellin, Colombia. His sound ranges from the deepest to the most hypnotic and mental. Navigating different genres, Lopar always seeks to transport the listener to different moods and convey emotions through his music. His technique and selection have evolved over the years, leading to performances alongside renowned international artists such as @etappkyle, @anthonylinell, @polygonia, @paulakoski and more.

ARTISTS BIO: 
Gianluca Meloni, born in Rome , made his musical path trough different styles; has been studying Piano at “Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Roma” and played in various underground bands; his big passion about music starts back when he after being listening to Tangerine Dreams first album decides to buy his first synth: a Korg MS-10.
He was a pioneer in the 90′s and was able to insert electronic seeds into an underground scene mainly ruled by Gianluca Meloni A.K.A. LAERTES
progressive rock; his most important contribution in that period was to the album “Strani Sogni” of the band SIG V, CNI Music -Italy.
His debut single “Perchè Non Parli” was a huge successs in Italy and was much more than often played in italians radio’s shows;

Not that later he mets up with Dino Sabatini, still “just” a guitarist, after a studio session and a very solid friendship, based on their common passion for music, starts to grow between them; that amazing duo soon became the “Modern Heads” project, leading both of them to play in some of the most prestigious clubs around the globe as Panorama Bar in Berlin, Brancaleone in Rome and Macumba, Madrid, AIR Tokyo, FUSE in Bruxelles, just to list few.
Some years later Gianluca together with Carlo Alfano became the founder of the project “notfromearth“, expanding his artistic view into a very well crafted new Audio & Video concept, revealing soon his high level of professionally and experience; his first e.p. on Prologue label, “Origin e.p.”, is indeed a big proof of that !.
In 2016 Start new Solo project LAERTES his new solo project, Laertes, inspired by the research of electronic music through the modular synthesis and passion for live improvisation, in which reason in his live set will always find vintage analog instruments, and modern technology.

It’s with utmost pleasure we’re buckling up 2022 and shooting straight into 2023 with a powerful, atmospheric set thanks to Alexskyspirit’s contribution. Please make a due welcome to the greek (borned/raised in Patras) producer/Dj, also co-owner of the young @Khoros-label.

Alexskyspirit delivers a mix built on deep/dark bits together with newer tracks as well as exclusive, unreleased material. The result is ...moody AF, oscillating between a well-known dark-building-block (LN or Berlin-like), as much it kicks you into the midst of a white, powdery snowy mountainscape under starry Nightskies. It's the contrast, the thumping-red-thread (sometimes almost gloomy) that reveals Alexskyspirit's peculiarity. The journey embarks us in memories of both sweaty crowds, strobes and hypnotic states, somewhere between reality and dreams. Respites are given to calm the mind before kicks & basslines bring you right back in line. Cinematographic, ravey, a sense of mystery mixed are all in favor of a cathartic trip.
