With a profound background in nordic folkmusic, combined with a curiosity for the limits of her instrument, Anne Eltard has developed a unique style. By using effects, loops and samples, she creates soundscapes within a range from spherical, dreamy music to strong, heavy grooves and catchy phrases.

She crosses the limits of the traditional approach to the violin by introducing effects and ways to play, that are more likely to be heard from guitars.
