During 2016, we organised two massively rewarding editions of Lowlit BeatDesk, a collaborative workshop for participants based in Mumbai and subsequently Bangalore. As part of the workshop, the producers were also challenged to a make a beat using random samples selected by them in a mere 45 minutes. The most promising of these were then chosen and further fleshed out into full fledged tracks over the next few weeks. We got them mastered and here they are, in the form a new playlist called Mash.
