Their latest release has just landed on Minor Notes, a label which LV online has really enjoyed over the last 12 months with some great releases from the likes of Baltimore Chop and Lipski. It’s an EP with real depth and well worth checking out.

Lowres is a house music project by two old friends with completely different musical backgrounds.
Until 2012, Feodor Stepanenko (aka @nphonix) spent many years productively engaged in drum&bass, after which he switched to modern bass, techno and house music. Ivan Voltanov (aka @voltanov / Zimmer G) is a downtempo music aficionado who has several lounge albums in his back catalogue.
The symbiosis of such different views on electronic music produced a sound that can be best described as warm and dusty house with lo-fi treatment.
