Vaak zijn wij trost op hetgeen wij jullie tentoonstellen, maar deze maand doen we er een schepje bovenop! Voor het eerst brengen wij niet één, maar twee artiesten samen in onze series. Pieter Jansen / yeyeh • ninih en Eversines (De Lichting) duiken samen in een B2B waar je haren van overeind gaan staan. Op een positieve manier natuurlijk! 
Zowel Pieter als Remco hebben eigenlijk geen introductie meer nodig. Met verschillende releases, eigen labels en talloze noemenswaardige gigs zijn beide mannen al prominent vertegenwoordigd in het Nederlandse nachtleven. Van kleine en grote clubavonden voor Draaimolen, De School, BRET, RADION Amsterdam etc tot aan Nederlands beste festivals als Wildeburg en DGTL! Dit is wat ons betreft de crème de la crème van Nederland en we zullen ze dan ook nog heel vaak gaan tegenkomen. 
Deze mannen hebben beide een uitzonderlijke smaak en passie voor muziek, en blijven je iedere mix verassen met gekke platen die je nog lang zullen achtervolgen. Combineer dat en je krijgt een meesterlijk product wat als geroepen komt in deze wedergeboorte van het uitgaansleven. We staan aan de voet van een nieuw geluid, een nieuw gevoel, wat we de komende maanden voort gaan zetten. Wij hoeven jullie dan ook niet te vertellen dat het een enorme eer is deze Amsterdammers te mogen hosten op ons bescheiden platform. Een diepe duik tussen trance, techno, progressive en breaks wordt ons voorgeschoteld, een geheel dat ons rechtstreeks in de houtgreep legt en ons daar een uur roerloos in weet vast te houden. I’m not exactly a prolific mix releaser, but after visiting Berlin for the first time in 4 years, I really felt the itch to put something out.

And where better to get back on the proverbial mix horse than at my pervy, loving home Maricas?

So here you have it a recording of me messing around with some of the records I bought in B and others I’ve been playing at raves back in Stockholm.

It’s a mix of witchy melodies and cheeky stripped down grooves. A clubby set, not something to play for your nan at Xmas dinner.

Keeping things closer to home as we often do, we're psyched to welcome Lane Split with two-hours of delectable deep cuts and dubby atmospheres. Also known as one half of the Naarm/Melbourne based duo Handle Soundsystem, David is someone who appreciates great sound, and has been working on a variety of sound systems for local parties and large scale music festivals, all the while refining his own exquisite taste for classic deep cuts and dreamy psychedelic excursions.

We really can't speak highly enough of this mix, a deep subliminal odyssey packed full of uplifting 90s tech house and mind massaging dub grooves. Now sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Little is known about Stump Valley, but the Italian duo sure did make an impact with their unassuming EPs on Off Minor and Uzuri in the last two years. Before that they had worked solo on numerous projects, and came together over a shared love of vinyl and with the aim of making something “old sounding but modern conceived.” They melt jazz and ambient moods into languorous house soundtracks that suck you down into the deep, and often remix their own material into more urban sounding, street influenced music as Mtrpls.

Their mix is unhurried and curious, with spacious jazz and churning, Rhodes laden grooves making way for raw broken beats and much more. A very real human heart lurks beneath every track, from the wild melodic cuts to the more hard hitting deep house thudders. Plotting an unpredictable but inviting arc, our latest podcast is as intriguing as the duo behind it.
