Shemian, "nominated" as one of the best Electro Swing Artist in 2011!

German DJ and Producer Shemian has truly made a name for himself over the course of his career that spans more than a decade. His distinct approach to fusing Jazz and Swing with house music had landed him more than 30 features in critically acclaimed Compilations as well as radio and TV placements all over the globe.

Working on his twelve EPs and his debut album “Jazzylicious”, Shemian came to collaborate with a variety of critically acclaimed artist, such as Eric Prydz, Carl Cox, Steve Angello, Avicii and Parov Stelar.

Listed on Wikipedia as one of Electro Swing’s pioneers, he made a strong comeback remixing Alice Francis’ “Club Noir” in 2023 and announced many more projects to come.

A singer and songwriter since childhood, Gwen Stefani has sold close to 30 million records as the front woman for the band No Doubt and as a multi-platinum solo artist.  No Doubt’s five genre-blending albums have showcased Gwen’s adept songwriting and poignant lyrics with number one hits including “Don’t Speak”, “Just A Girl”, “Hey Baby”, and “Underneath It All”. After No Doubt’s double-platinum retrospective singles collection The Singles 1992-2003, featuring the hit single "It's My Life," Gwen released two multi-platinum selling solo albums.  Love.Angel.Music.Baby was released in 2004 with the number one single "Hollaback Girl", which was also the first digital download to sell over one million copies in the United States.  Gwen's second multi-platinum solo record The Sweet Escape was released in 2006 and featured the hit single of the same name.  In 2009, Gwen returned to No Doubt for a 50-plus city North American tour, and in 2012, the band released their sixth album Push and Shove which debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart.  Gwen took her time to carefully craft her new album This Is What The Truth Looks Like, her most personal work to date. With intimate songs such as “Make Me Like You”, “Misery” “Truth” and “Used To Love You” combined with the stellar tracks from producers Mattman & Robin, Greg Kurstin, JR Rotem and Stargate, there is an emotional through line to the album that highlights Gwen’s songwriting and impassioned themes of love and loss that are universally felt worldwide.  

Chicago band Twin Talk is known for its offbeat, melodic approach to improvised music. Drummer Andrew Green, saxophonist Dustin Laurenzi, and bassist/vocalist Katie Ernst focus their creative energies on collaboration and communication, sharing a musical language that is deeply personal and highly connected.   

Chicago’s legacy of creative improvisers has had a profound influence on the band's defiant risk-taking and spontaneity. All About Jazz critic Mark Turner offers high praise for the band's sophomore album (TWIN TALK, ears&eyes Records) noting that "Chicago has long been a bedrock of improvised music and Twin Talk represents a microcosm of that strength in today's environment."
