Ежедневные физические упражнения предотвращают бедность, способствуют здоровью и жизнеспособности, гибкости, приводят к просветлению.
1.	Приветствие (вдох-выдох) Сурья Намаскар. Помните, что дышать нужно только через нос. Встаньте прямо, ноги вместе, вес распределите равномерно на обе ноги. Сложите обе ладони вместе на уровне груди и смотрите прямо вперед.
2.	Поднятие рук (вдох) Урдхва Хастасана Вдыхая, медленно поднимите руки вверх. Потяните бедра и слегка прогнитесь в спине, глядя вверх. Расслабьте шею.
3.	Руки к стопам (выдох) Уттанасана. Сделайте выдох и наклонитесь вперед. Держите колени прямо, если это не затруднит вас. Если да, то вы можете слегка согнуть их, когда руками касаетесь земли. Локти и плечи расслаблены. Если вам трудно коснуться земли, не переживайте и не волнуйтесь, наклонитесь так низко, как вы можете.
4.	Наездник (вдох) Ашва Санчаланасана. Вытяните правую ногу назад, левую согните в колене. Стопа полностью стоит на земле. Вытяните позвоночник, расширьте грудь и в то же время, поднимите голову и потяните шею вверх. Смотрите в потолок.
5.	Во время выдоха достаньте левой стопой до правой. Сохраняйте тело прямым, опираясь на руки.
6.	Восемь пунктов (углубленный выдох) Чатуранга Дандасана. Медленно опуститесь на коврик, коснувшись его восемью точками вашего тела: ногами, коленями, руками, грудью, лбом. Ягодицы, бедра и живот поднимите вверх. Пальцы ног подожмите. Продержитесь так всего одну минуту, затем задержите дыхание, и опускайте тело в направлении земли.
7.	Кобра (вдох) Бхуджангасана. Поднимите грудь, используя мышцы спины. Не делайте это с помощью мышц рук или головы и шеи. Вытягивайте позвоночник вверх, держа локти близко к телу. Вытягивайте только пальцы стоп.
8.	Пес мордой вниз (медленный выдох) Адхо Мукха Шванасана. При выдохе подверните пальцы стоп. Поднимите ягодицы и бедра вверх, примите позицию перевернутой буквы «V». Опирайтесь на руки и ноги. Руки и стопы поставьте на ширину плеч. Голову спрячьте между плечами. Расслабьте голову и шею.  И с этого момента повторите позиции с номера 4 к номеру 1.
9.	Ашва Санчаланасана. Во время перехода сделайте шаг вперед (как в позиции 4), правая нога за спиной, а левая — между ладонями. Голову поднимите вверх.
10.	Уттанасана. При выдохе поставьте правую ногу в левую сторону. Разгибая обе ноги, выполните наклоны вперед, как в 3- м положении, положите руки на пол рядом с ногами, головой коснитесь колен.
11.	Урдхва Хастасана. На вдохе поднимите руки вверх и наклонитесь назад, принимая позицию номер 2.
12.	Сурья Намаскар. Сделайте выдох и опустите руки, вернитесь в исходное положение — руки сложены перед грудной клеткой.
