Finally forcing myself to press upload on something. I've always found it difficult to put something up on Soundcloud as I've accumulated such a wide spectrum of sounds on my USB and never know where to start without a dance floor in front of me. Every time I go to record a mix, something completely different comes out.
 
This time I just decided to start slow and see where things took me. Went on a journey from 120 to 130+bpm, peaking with Pangaea's high-pressure "Fuzzy Logic" before coming back down again. The mix passes through everything from house, techno, trance and breaks with a constant rotation between atmospheric and groovy records.

I'm looking forward to following this up on a monthly basis with the same premise, sifting through my USB and seeing where the mix takes me.

Recorded this the day after the rave with PMAD, still pretty exhausted and barely unable to stand, but was itching to get some of the feels I had in me out on the decks.

Really happy to be getting the second one of these out, going to try put one of these longer journeys out there every few weeks.

Time to get back on track with the monthly mixes. For this one, I went back through some of my fav records I played at the GAFFE Summer Opening following TSUNIMAN's high energy progressive trance set.
Starting with some harder grooves, and transitioning into percussive melodic bits at the end.

Weaving between house, techno and breaks with an undertone of deep, dubby beats. This 2 hour ride gives a good idea the sounds that are interesting me right now: loop heavy percussion with sprinkles of melody.

Started slower than usual with this one, built up to nearly 140 and went back down again; a real beginning, middle and end.
