This song is somehow a tribute to a generation of French producers who shaped my identity and, more specifically, to this artist of life, Philippe Zdar (@cassiusofficial) 🌹, who taught me so much. Spontaneity, generosity, and a delicate sense of humor—to allow yourself, to inspire others to shine.
So many flavours are merged in this song; and of course some Armenian samples hidden here and there. The taste of a childhood inspired to create this homage full of passion and light. Time flies but the music stays.
Music is light. You are the sun. And you proved it with your radiant smiles that night in Paris - to those who stayed until the last track.

Stratosphere

Kurabiye, the messenger of Netam’s full-length album “Yabani” that is to be released from Kanto Records on June 26th, is a time capsule of childhood; waking up with the first daylight, hundreds of games to be discovered, a whole day to be lived, the unlimited excitement and inexhaustible energy, pancakes for breakfast, a big cookie that bakes in the oven, a new riddle and an invented fairytale. Kurabiye that translates as a cookie, was composed by Netam with the longing for childhood and the curiosity for a child’s perception of the world.

Warp Speed EP embarks on a mysterious musical journey, with each track combining funky bassline grooves and drums with mystical synth euphoria of progressive techno. Both written in the Dorian mode, the initial harmonic darkness to the tracks develops into a brighter and somewhat uplifting conclusion, whilst maintaining a sense of exciting exploration.

The more upbeat of the two tracks, Gizmo provides listeners with a groovy and feel-good journey.

XX is the debut single from Tori Music, the new Label created in 2020 from the german producer Jacob Groening based in Berlin. It form the first track of an ep that is about to drop the next weeks.

The first track is an electronic piece without percussions. It seems a planned interlude becomes a synthetic orchestra with unforeseen effects and ending. Ladok combines chords with cut off staccato arpeggios with a sweet Iranian voice that hugs the song composition in one piece. XX is the title track of this ep and is the more demanding track but at the same time soft and pulsating. Enjoy varanasi the last track which is a more expressive instrumental track.

Luca Musto is an enthusiast of soul, jazz and blues, his electronic music/’slow- house’ oozes of grooving beats and hypnotizing melodies. Where other artists rely on established formulas and resort to complacency, Musto embodies the opposite. Based in the dungeons of Berlin, he coalesces the city’s unique musical footprint with his own nuances and projects them into his music as a symphony of impressions. His catalogue merges the resilience of modernity with authenticity and the musical preferences of our generation with subtlety, so that it never feels to be listening to just another record. 

Instead, it invokes in fans of electronic music a feeling of familiarity and expertise, which is reflected in his creative sampling and merging influences. With each new release, the listener can’t help but notice that Luca doesn’t take his talent for granted, but as basis for higher aspirations.
