Laenk is a DJ and music journalist based in Cologne. In recent years, he has developed a strong passion for the deeper realms of House and Techno, with a particular focus on Dub and Hypnotic Techno, characterized by multilayered soundscapes and captivating atmospheres. For Fur:ther Sessions, he crafts a finely tuned journey through the ethereal depths of Deep Techno, where hypnotic grooves meet psychedelic textures.
Laenk is also the founder of the Cologne based event & pocast series "resonance".

Planet D is an imaginary place, a dimension suspended between the real and the surreal, where electronic pulses intertwine with dreamlike atmospheres. It was a self-invitation to explore new sonic worlds, letting myself be carried away without a precise destination.

In my mind, a story began to take shape: a journey to a planet different from the one I am used to. The choice of artwork by Pianeti Sintetici perfectly captures where I found myself wandering.

I felt the need to distance myself from the sounds that have defined my path in recent years, opening the doors to a more instinctive process. No sonic planning, just a natural flow: immersing myself in the studio, letting inspiration guide me, and losing myself in the timeless dimension of creation.

Each track is a sonic universe that took shape as I explored it.
