Originally from Parma (Italy), Al_contini is a passionate DJ, producer, and performer whose artistic journey has been unfolding since 2002, balancing sonic precision with raw emotion.
He discovered electronic music in 2002, struck by the evocative power of the Detroit and hard-techno scenes, through artists like Cristian Varela, Richie Hawtin, Reeko, and DJ Rush. Fascinated by their mastery of machines and their ability to mesmerize crowds, he instinctively trained behind the decks and developed his own distinctive style—both percussive and narrative.

Now based in French-speaking Switzerland, he quickly made a name for himself with intense, deeply felt performances, playing in numerous clubs and events. That same year, he released the album Dals in collaboration with his mentor Dadive, published on the Illogical Kit label.

In 2009, driven by a deep desire to share and connect, he co-founded the Electrochaussette association with his friend Dyaxxx and his sister Loraine. Together, they helped energize the local electronic scene by curating and performing at key venues such as Weetamix and L’Amalgame.

Starting in 2018, Al_contini underwent an artistic transformation: he began exploring machines and controllers, developing a more hybrid live language. His style evolved toward more melodic and organic textures, blending melodic techno, progressive house, and afro house. He crafts immersive sets where loops intertwine, rhythms stretch, and atmospheres rise—a true sonic journey layered with emotional depth.

In 2024, he co-founded the label Resilience_Record with his longtime collaborator Hardisk. This project represents a shared vision: free, sincere music, deeply rooted in the present moment. The label serves as a space for their personal productions and future collaborations.

Today, Al_contini continues his path with both discipline and freedom, moving between stage and studio, driven by a constant desire to move people, tell stories, and create meaningful connections.
