If you ask dance music enthusiasts around Melbourne who is one of the city’s most favourite DJs, you can bet on it that the name of Retza would pop up consistently. Not only is he great DJ, but he is a damn fine producer whose rap sheet includes international labels like All Day I Dream and Watergate. 

Earlier this year, he once again lit up the decks at Pitch Music & Arts festival with a set that many said was one of their favourites from the festival. If you missed it then don’t sweat it, Retza has been kind enough to finally release it for our next Novelcast. What a legend.

Passing through the city ahead of her gig at The Steelyard a few days prior, Toronto based artist 'juSt b' dropped into the Bloop London studio for a in house live 1 hour guest mix. Broadcasted live from the heart of Central London. 

This year has been one of big milestones for the girl who left the quiet capital of Ottawa and moved to the big city of Toronto 6 years ago to see what could come of her love affair with electronic music. 

Coming fresh off her third European tour since July, including three appearances at the renowned Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), juSt b is one of Canada's most dedicated & versatile of musical curators.

A genuine story-teller at heart, she delicately blends a diverse array of styles & emotions from beautiful, edgy deep tech, down-tempo, techno, melodic & tribal house, breakbeat, deep house, and progressive.

With features for highly respected collectives such as THUMP, Berlin's Getting Deeper, Melody Lab London, Berlin's Afterhour Sounds, Melodic Deep Amsterdam, Berlin Deep Selected, and Miami's Electronic Groove, juSt b made her IglooFest debut in 2018 alongside Sasha & Digweed and has new productions & vocal work coming soon. 

She's also a published writer for multiple electronic magazines and is the new manager of the rapidly growing promo label & collective, Melodic Deep. 

Having shared decks with heavyweights like Martin Roth, John Monkman, Blancah, 16 Bit Lolitas, Roy Rosenfeld, Eli Nissan, David Hohme, Sebastien Leger, Miss Melera, Olivier Weiter, Cubicolor, Jerome Isma-ae, Parallels, Sascha Braemer, & Edu Imbernon, juSt b hosts her own monthly show Undercurrents, consistently in the Top 5 on the world renowned DI.FM.

The K.E.E.N.E. sound is seductive and elegant, taking elements of Deep, House and Techno genres.
After managing Late Night Music’s roaster of shows in Panama, K.E.E.N.E. moved to Berlin to focus on their production. Currently, settled in their studio and headquarters at the prestigious Riverside Studios in the heart of Berlin’s creative district, they have started a Berlin based label called Cacao Records. In 2018, they have joined the Watergate Agency.
