LOVE AND UNITY Vol.1 (Unity Sound & Luv Messenger) [2014]

Imagine: it's five in the morning, and you're exhausted but happy. You're outside amongst trees, sky, and good people, and the dark has begun to lose its grip.  These are the pre-sunrise hours of uncertainty, transition, and change, where the sky begins to awaken from it's deep midnight color to take on an ethereal new hue.

As I, too, transition to my new home in San Francisco, this is my love letter to Berlin, a place that defined me musically as much as spiritually over the last year. So many of my memories of my time there are of the friends, music and emotions that accompanied daybreak, and how even before sun broke horizon, we felt our hopes and aspirations rise with the changing sky.

As you listen, let night take hold of your senses, but don't fight the dawn as it comes. Listen for sunrise in this mix: I won't tell you where I think it is, but I know you'll find it for yourself.
