An old electronic rock track I wrote in 2005.  My favorite part of this song is the "kitchen sink" drum kit (the rhythmic, metallic clattering sound behind the main drums is actually sampled kitchen pots and pans!)

Let's Roll

I wrote this song for my Berklee Online final project, but it's been a song that's been in my head for the last six months. It popped in my head at Burning Man one morning. 

I played the completed song today and I actually got really emotional. This is huge for me...It's the first time I've been able to produce a song I've heard in my head.  So many years songs have flown in and out and I've never been able to actually grab one and make it real. 

I'm really thankful and grateful and SO EXCITED to keep going. There's lyrics that go with it as well, looking forward to recording those and working on the mix in the coming months.

Oh yeah, mixing :-P. LOL. That will probably be my next Berklee class ;)
