Based on the award-winning poem by Clara Price, Where She Sings Freely was commissioned by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and premiered in the Dora Stoutzker Hall on 31.10.18 as part of the 'Hemispheres' concert, featuring brass band music by female composers. The concert was one of several events arranged as a response to the RWCMD 'Women Can' duo, in celebration of #vote100.
