A collaboration that has been in-the-making for months, and one that was brought to fruition after New Delhi online radio station boxout.fm and Northern Ireland’s Celtronic Festival were both recipients of grants from the British Council, the live-streamed showcase featured 18 live and DJ performances from New Delhi and just as many from the riverside city of Derry.

"She went crazy. Insane!" they said. For every witch they had ever burned. 

The act of burning alive, still preserves in every single one of us - women. 
Do you still feel it inside of you? I do. 
Like all of us had experienced that in one of our past lives. Like all of us were once in her body. But the truth is we all really were. Even the ones that don't even believe in witches. Even the man. Every man, everybody.
After all, we all have mothers, who gave us birth. It's called the process of life. It's called nature. 

What were they so scared of? Her thoughts? Her words? Her powers? 
The eternal flame?
What were they so scared of, they had to kill her? Not just kill her, but destroy every single part of her. Turn it to ash. 
What could she do? What could she change?
Could she affect? Could she really influence? You?

"I wish they understood" she said, right before she lost it. 
So, do that. Lose it. Go crazy. 
Like every witch that ever burned.

Experimental Story 036: Looni

“For Playful Manners” is a new label run by Raquel Rivera-Lys aka Adi from Colombia and
Basic Moves head honcho Michiel Claus aka Walrus from Brussels. Dreamt up
spontaneously during a shared afternoon of listening to music in Berlin, the label’s manners
centre on the feelings of friendship and fun in music, though its feet are always itching for the
dancefloor and its various scenarios, while its head is turned firmly towards the future. Crisp
music is the message every time, with each split EP also thoughtfully balanced:
male/female, machine/soul, robot/alien, flower/tree... The artwork takes the form of a puzzle,
which has to be solved to discover the tracks and their makers. Let’s play!

A part of mmmmm and with successful recent gigs at clubs like Club der Visionaere and regular appearances at clubs like Under Bron and Trädgården, this Stockholm-based DJ is one that we wish to draw your attention to through this blossy tale, recorded live at Under Bron in July 2018. Invitation to Participate in Electronic Music Exploration: Showcase Your Music on Experimental Story Podcast

The project "Experimental story "is designed as a platform for visual, musical and literary art integration with the purpose to create products, namely stories, which show themselves through the media of word, sound and picture. I give the visual and literary axis of the art piece, where local and foreign musicians, producers and Djs give the musical part. 
The advantage of this project is the visual dimension of musical expression which interprets it using techniques derived from the fields of fine arts and literature. The musical piece's content is thus presented in all its visual variety. The goal of the project is to collect varied and quality music with the intention to enrich creative area and connect different fields of art, interesting for experts and enthusiasts. 
The purpose of the project is to shed a light on the interpretative view of music and everything that connects to it. As the auditory perception may carry the main role, when it comes to music, one cannot neglect the visual effects experienced by the performance, feedback of the public, the outlook of the physical space in which the performance is taking place, by technical equipment and other material. At the same time, the focus lies in the visual and literary interpretation of a single musical piece, for we consider that one can tell a story in a spectrum of ways using different media.
