After being made redundant in 2014 Ingrid took the opportunity to follow her bliss and became a classical yoga teacher, horticulturist, life coach, and death doula honouring sacred life and death through Petals and Aum.

By integrating yoga, death doula offerings, spiritual life coaching, gardening, and nature-based practices I offer guidance to honour life, embrace death, and create meaningful spaces for healing, remembrance, and growth.
