Fields We Found is the moniker of an artist and the newly-launched quiet details label founder, bathing our ears with ambient bliss. In the last few years, we were gifted with deep-evolving soundscapes appearing on Ambientologist, Seil Records, and Handstiched Recordings, with the most recent album, Paths, “… exploring the routes we all choose and where they take us” on Facture. Late in 2022, Alex also put out music on the beloved Home Normal, run with tremendous devotion by the one and only Ian Hawgood. Today’s mix on Headphone Commute Podcast is essentially a love letter to our mutually adored ambient imprint, showcasing a lot of the beautiful music appearing on the label. Hello dear people. Here is the 50th episode of the Stellar Series. Is it the beginning of a new era, as we recently entered through the new age of Aquarius ? Only the sky and the light can bring the answer. 

This one is from Kolya Kalpa, a producer and selector from St Petersburg. , He have released two beautiful tracks on the great @tehnofonika label, and some beautiful deep techno and ambient podcasts. The one he made for the Stellar Series is very evocative in his way to think and arrange music - deep in all circumstances, going through ambient and immersive techno with subtil and different kind of rythmics, evocating an enlightened journey between the sky and the sea.

This is the 69th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. The monthly released session brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. 

This months set is a special one. This weekend we celebrate the summer  solstice. The longest day of the year. This session is dedicated to this event and is created by Mahiane. Her session is called Collimate.

Dj, arranger, publisher, co-founder and manager of Ultimae records , Sandrine Gryson aka Mahiane explores music genres since 1985 and developped a keen ear and heart for atmospheric ambient, floating and organic sounds, idm, glitch, progressive techno and deep electro breakbeat; she occasionaly participates to projects such as Aes Dana project or Subgardens.
