Recorded at 60°C and almost 100% air humidity the set of Ponyhof Ultras at Rummels Bucht’s final goodbye was a physical borderline experience for everyone involved. Towel consumption at record level. No actual ponies where harmed during the making of this set.

Landing at home after a sparkling fusion weekend I checked my fusion set recording and had to find out that I fucked up the mic input gains of my recorder and got a pretty clipping disaster. In this burning afternoon sun it was impossible to see led lights of any machine on stage… a bad combination with being a stupid little nervous trumpet..... After receiving many messages asking for the set I really felt pain in my monkey ass. Luckily my laptop recorded the internal sound, so I tried to reconstruct and recorded missing puzzles today. In the end it worked. So here it is: my sweaty saturday sonnendeck cruise! ♥️

1) How and why did you get into producing / dj'ing?

- We produce and dj'ing because we really enjoy the vibe that music can gives to us, and the good feeling of sharing something intimate with other people. We also make music to create our own imaginary worlds and atmospheres, to escape a bit with the mind from this Earth.

2)  What/where was your most coziest gig you've been to or experienced and why?

-We remember with joy and a big smile our first gig ever in Prague. We had a great time with all Harmony Records Crew, spending time all together with artists such as Alan Backdrop, Enrico (a_000), and Hydrangea. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw all those people coming to hear us, even some from different countries, just for us. It was fantastic and filled us with joy and gave us more energy.

3) Are you an introvert or extrovert in the industry?

It depends, we both have different personalities. Gabriele is more introverted and more private but equally social when it takes time to be. In the same way, Davide is not very social, but we both really like to get in touch with other artists of the scene to share moments and ideas together.

4) If you had to choose 1 track to vibe out too forever what would it be?

5) What is your routine when preparing for a gig / production/writing session? do you have any special remedies/ mental prep/ places to go to? :)

It depends on the time or the period. Sometimes we like to have a break in nature, have a walk, or a dinner with friends. Music is also communication, so to be with friends and people you love is important. Of course, having our private time is important too, especially to connect with your personality and with it, create something that can express yourself at your best.

Liebe ФУЗИОН!
Als wir das erste mal hier waren ist uns ein Lichtlein aufgegangen. Ach so feiert man also mit Liebe (fürs Detail). Dann haben wir das ein paar Jährchen vor den Decks genossen und unseren Horizont mit den wunderbaren Eindrücken der Fusion erweitert. 

Hier jetzt unsere Musik spielen zu dürfen, ist wie ein Traum der wahr wird. Wir hatten nen Heidenspaß hinter den Decks. Vielen Dank an alle Herzensmenschens und Fusionistas die dabei waren.
