Founder and A&R of @lifeanddeath, Manfredi Romano grew up tour-managing punk bands and organizing left-field music events in Italy around the turn of the Millennium. Having completed his studies in computer science at the University of Pisa, Manfredi went on to form DAZE, Italy’s first booking agency solely devoted to electronic music. Drawing on two decades of experience behind the scenes, Romano shifted focus  in 2010, establishing himself as a DJ in his own right. 

As a performer, Tennis valiantly showcases an astute ability to create intimacy in even the vastest of gatherings. As a respected producer, Romano consistently channels his past relationships with post-rock luminaries such as Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Tortoise and Fugazi into intricately-synthesised electronic constellations. Known for his Artist Management capabilities is responsible for breaking artists like Tale of Us, Mind Against and Carlita.

Fine chef and restaurant owner, Tennis splits his time between Paris and Miami, where he enjoys riding motorbikes, collecting vintage action-figures and building upon his vinyl record collection - which now numbers over eleven-thousand strong.

With his truly unique style, ranging from raw techno beats to the darker side of trance, Bulgarian-based
METODI  was able to win the fans of electronic music for a short period. He loves to
experiment and mix up different music styles, which results in an unexpectedly good combination.
Releases on major labels and remixes for popular artists show METODI's distinctive style and his particular
focus on techno, always aiming to convert the music to fit his own distinctive style. His productions have
gained support from various world-renowned artists for some years, like Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Oliver
Helden, Enrico Sangiuliano, and others. Adding to his accomplishments, Metodi Hristov is also the owner
of Set About Music, one of the leading Techno labels.

Hailing from the distant desert horizon known as Las Vegas emerges a bright new talent known as J Diesel. Musically versed in the underground hip hop aesthetic in the late 90's J Diesels first love for urban beats was found in the art of turntablism and deep dark hip hop. A love affair of music soon blossomed and led him down many exploratory paths through musical interests such as Air, Deftones, Ryan Leslie and The Neptunes. Like many producers he passed his DJ'ing phase and soon began producing beats.

It wasn't until 2009 when he experienced rave culture at the notorious Electric Daisy Carnival that he felt his musical calling. Soon after he began creating his own eclectic form of house music, gaining him a signature on the long running Nervous Records imprint. Soon after he found his music on Kling Klong, Definitive Recordings, and Natura Viva. These releases garnered support from some of the best in the underground world such as Richie Hawtin, Maceo Plex/Maetrik, John Digweed, Dubfire, M.A.N.D.Y. Booka Shade, Loco Dice, Macro Bailey, Hot Since 82,  AndHim, Tiger Stripes, Pig & Dan, Pleasurekraft, Carlo Lio, D-Nox & Beckers, Solee, John Aquaviva, Olivier Giacomotto, Gareth Emery,  Tommy Trash, Funkagenda, Mark Knight, Roger Sanchez, Saeed Younan Blond:ish, Jimmy Edgar and many more.

Originally from Amsterdam, Delicatesse is a Berlin based DJ-duo who take you to the dark, dirty underground side of techno and minimal. Together they take the crowd to a new, distinct level of energy. Their characteristic sound and vivacious performance make them unique in more than just one way.
Awakenings Festival, Fusion Festival, Woodstock Bloemendaal, Studio 80, Chalet Berlin and Sisyphos are just a few of the many places where Delicatesse took the decks. Also, they organize their very own ENDOR parties, which originated in New York. Next to performing, the duo is now focussing on producing their own tracks. Their first EP ‘Meadow’ was released on January 12th 2015 at Respekt Recordings, featuring a remix by Spektre.
