With Sigma’s fourth hit record and third iTunes No.1 single, ‘Glitterball’ (feat. Ella Henderson), still in 
the Official Chart Company and iTunes Top 10 singles charts, Cam and Joe have announced details 
of their new single, ‘Redemption’, a collaboration with Diztortion that features UK star, Jacob Banks. 
Unveiled across UK national radio earlier this evening, ‘Redemption’ is the opening song from Sigma’s 
current live show, and a collaboration with UK-based Dutch producer/artist, Diztortion, a frequent visitor to the UK Top 20 singles chart and best known for his work with Stylo G, Lethal Bizzle, Major Lazer, Stormzy, Tinie Tempah, and Wiley. Banks recently released his second EP, ‘The Paradox’, which 
received support from Pharrell, P Diddy, and Annie Mac; he’s currently working with artists including 
Chase & Status, Bondax, Wretch 32, and more.

Sigma’s forthcoming 10 date UK and Ireland live tour begins in Manchester on 22 October, the 
duo will then hit London, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Dublin, Bristol, Sheffield, Portsmouth, Oxford, 
and Norwich. Cam and Joe sold out their debut live tour in April, which saw shows in London, 
Manchester, Birmingham, and Brighton. Since then, the boys have smashed Glastonbury, Hideout, 
EDC, T In The Park, Pukkelpop, V Festival, and more, with Creamfields, SW4, and others to come, 
plus dates across the Ibiza season at Together at Amnesia, and Ibiza Rocks. The pair performed live 
at this year’s BAFTAs, following December’s performances at the BBC Music Awards, and the 
Christmas Day edition of Top Of The Pops.

‘Redemption’ follows the duo’s worldwide hits ‘Glitterball’ (feat. Ella Henderson), ‘Changing’ (feat. 
Paloma Faith), ’Higher’ (feat. Labrinth) – recently unveiled as the anthem for this year’s Sky 
Sports Super Sunday- and ‘Nobody To Love’, their first No.1 single that gained them two BRITs 
nominations. 

Sigma were the only group in 2014 to have back-to-back No.1 singles in the form of ‘Nobody To Love’ 
and ‘Changing’ (featuring Paloma Faith), with both shifting over 100,000 copies in their first week. 
Sigma have now sold over 2 million singles worldwide in just over a year, gone Platinum twice in 
the UK (‘NTL’ and ‘Changing’) and Gold for ‘Changing’ in Germany, and Benelux, and Platinum in 
Australia and New Zealand (‘NTL’). 

Outside of their own releases, Sigma have shored up their reputation as an in demand remix duo, with 
mixes for the likes of Kiesza (‘Hideaway’), Route 94 (‘My Love’), Clean Bandit (‘Extraordinary’), DJ 
Fresh (‘Dibby Dibby Sound’) and DJ Zinc (‘Show Me’).

Sigma met while balancing raving and studying, working in record shops and promoting events to top up their student loans. Early releases with Hospital Records, Viper, Bingo and DJ Fresh’s Breakbeat 
Kaos, as well as their own Life Recordings, quickly marked them out as producers to watch, while 
remixes for Eric Prydz, Ellie Goulding, Stylo G and Sway began to take them to a wider audience.

Luka Per aka Smooth was introduced to music at the age of 10, when he began to practice piano. After practicing for 3 years and later on he became more interested in guitar, also in such genres as metal, hardcore etc. When a couple of years passed by he attended his first drum n bass party and he was hooked!

After hearing ‘Under The Moon’ which would appear on Viper Recordings ‘Acts of Mad Men’ album, Smooth was signed to the label and later went onto release his first single ‘7th Sense’ / ‘Squirm’ (feat. KG) on Viper’s sister label, Viper VIP. Smooth is also one half of Telekinesis who recently made their debut on Breed 12 Inch label, as well as one third of City of Dogs, whose track ‘Absolutely Flawless’ was featured on Pendulum’s Radio1 Essential Mix. 

2011 was a breakout year for Smooth, starting off with the massive single 'Feel So Free' on Viper VIP, which was followed by 'Calling' and Smooth's absolutely immense remix of the Matrix & Futurebound classic 'Strength 2 Strength' on Viper's 'Worldwide 001' album. This was followed by two tracks on Viper's 'Summer Slammers 2011' album, with 'Want It' and 'Alienated' (as Telekinesis). 

Smooth has gained a legion of new followers over the course of 2012 with his massive ‘Blinded By The Light EP’ released in January which featured no less than seven essential cuts which showed the amazing range of the young producer. Busy on the remix front as well, Smooth has provided official remixes for smash hits such as Camo & Krooked – ‘Get Dirty’ (feat. TC) and Seven Lions – ‘Below Us’ (feat. Shaz Sparks), as well as the upcoming Matrix & Futurebound single ‘Magnetic Eyes’ (feat. Baby Blue) and Modestep’s new single ‘Another Day’.

Now ready to launch the next chapter of his career, Smooth has set his sights on working towards his debut album on Viper Recordings which will surely catapult him amongst the elite producers in drum and bass. Serving as the first album single, ‘Virgo Cluster’ is the perfect showcase of Smooth’s trademark anthemic dancefloor funk which he is becoming world renown for.
