The stage, curated masterfully by Bodó Márton, has a freedom to its flow, with everything from beatless ambient to world folk music to gentle beats. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the gentler and spacier regions of my library for this one.

What an unforgettable night at the Mishawaka celebrating 25 years of us making music together! 🌟 This venue holds a special place in our hearts—there’s nothing like playing outdoors, next to the river, under the stars. We were blessed with beautiful souls and fans who came out to make this anniversary show truly magical. Huge gratitude to Bloomurian and the folktronica duo Siren & Seer for opening the night with such mesmerizing vibes. We were thrilled to dive deep into an extended 2-hour set for everyone! Luke Mandala / Mandala Affect live recording at Coalessence Ecstatic Dance ~ Oct. 2024 || Vol. 9 - Tide Sequence Mix Series

Just days before Summer Solstice, Liquid Bloom performed a powerful set inside Meow Wolf Denver’s Numina exhibit as part of a sold-out PORTAL event during the Psychedelic Science conference. This unique night brought together a global web of psychonauts, artists, and seekers inside the surreal dreamscape of Convergence Station.

Following a rare and beautiful DJ set from East Forest, Liquid Bloom guided a journey from ambient and downtempo into bass, drum & bass, and tribal midtempo—culminating in a high-energy blend of house rhythms and ecstatic movement. A live surprise from Poranguí added soul-stirring vocals to the mix, and a closing invocation from Ram Dass gently brought the spaceship back to Earth.

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the second chakra, located just below the navel. It governs our emotions, creativity, sensuality, and the flow of pleasure and desire. When balanced, it supports emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and a vibrant creative life. This track is written in musical note D, which is the note the sacral chakra resonates with and contains the bija mantra VAM, which can be chanted to awaken and harmonize this center of emotional and creative expression. Luke’s dynamic live act includes playing a mixture of electronic and acoustic music while mixing in multiple live wind instruments and live drumming. His lifelong devotion to community dance medicine started at age 14 in 1998 when he started to DJ at northwest USA raveriffic events! He then started touring the world and releasing hundreds of songs released with a large number of the biggest labels in the world like Selador, Desert Hearts, Digital Structures, Dreaming Awake, Desert Trax, Booka Shade Music. 

This is deep piscean scorpio music, sprinkled with unusual sounds, unexpected twists, eclectic mix of global sounds, various tempos and grooves. It reflects stories of love-driven culture and open-minded ideas.  Depending on the crowd, the sets can vary from being pretty and uplifting to deep, dark, and primal, although they typically feature melodic and atmospheric textures infused with a lot of emotion.  Luke also has a functional (natural, root cause) medicine practice as this weaves so beautiful with dance and music medicine. He helps people heal frequent issues of the gut, metabolism and tiredness.
