This is my, Luke Reilly's, second written piece. It is actually just a stylistic modification of my first prelude, the finals week prelude. The modifiacation features more of a 'wall of sound' and a change of the opening melody.

Stumbling through the siberian tundra. The sweatshirt and jeans aren't nearly adequate. Need to get somehwere warm fast. And we're not alone.

I post things I compose, I create or the skills I have built on social media for multiple reasons. The first reason is means of setting a milestone of progress.
The second is a little more subtle but also important. I post something with the knowledge that it can be seen by anyone which means it is public. This simple knowledge of it being public helps with stage freight. When I post my progress online it feels like my skills are up for debate and criticism so therefore I am less embarrassed and nervous to play for people in person and this overall reduces mistakes.
