[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] presents the 88th release — Castle From Indistinct Dreams (@shadow-recruit) “Galactical Traveller EP” — a voyage through cosmic depths where even nebulae seem to pause and listen to the pulse of dub rhythm. The Novosibirsk artist turns the universe into a personal travel diary: each track is a station on an uncharted orbit, each sound a distant system’s reflection — barely tangible, yet strikingly alive.

::: Sonar Ping to Your Soul opens the EP like the first impulse of an interstellar radar cutting through layers of inner silence and resonating directly in the heart chamber. It’s not just a ping — it’s an invitation to fly, a encrypted “we're connected” signal wrapped in deep echoes and soft bass vibrations.
::: Shades Of Stars is a map of stellar light where dozens of invisible hues merge into a shimmering pattern. Here, stars don’t burn — they whisper, refracting through filters and delay, as if trying to tell a story about a distant cold where life still pulses quietly.
::: Another Kepler-Planet transports the listener to a world absent from astronomers’ catalogs but alive in the imagination of Castle From Indistinct Dreams. It’s woven from transparent rhythmic structures, as if the atmosphere of this planet were made of sonic spirals moving in sync with celestial rotation.
::: Gas Giant Orbital Bar is a rest stop for intergalactic travelers: a bar orbiting a massive gas giant, serving drinks under a soft dub haze. Time flows lazily here, and each beat flickers like an ion flash outside the porthole.

::: Shades Of Stars (Noosa's 43 Hues Mix) (@user-975386903-297870339) adds spectral depth: Noosa seems to split starlight into 43 facets, allowing the listener to hear what lies hidden between the layers of the original.
::: Another Kepler-Planet (Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer Kepler-452 B RMX) (@enercube & @x_fr) redirects the track into the 452 B system, where the duo of brothers transforms the planet’s atmosphere into dense, old-school pressure, infusing the voyage with the harsh beauty of distant worlds.

Galactical Traveller EP is more than a path through constellations. It is a metaphor for moving forward, embracing the unknown, and daring to look into the dark — knowing it always answers with light.

For the last 25 years, Luke Slater has been a master in sound design. Throughout his career he’s operated under several different guises, with an extensive back catalogue that’s widely regarded as one of techno’s greatest. 

He started out in the early 90s releasing seminal works on labels like Peacefrog, and in 2006 he started putting out music via his own label Mote Evolver, yet his output hasn’t slowed down since then: the best example of this is probably last year’s killer 'Arc Angel' LP he released as Planetary Assault Systems via Ostgut Ton.

Slater is equally lauded as a DJ. Through our history he’s become something of a Farringdon staple, and his clinical precision has helped make his Room Two sets highly anticipated among the techno contingent of our family.

He reminded us why he’s become so integral to our space at his last appearance with us. Following on from Terry Francis and Black Asteroid’s bewildering live show, Slater stepped up to close out the room with a dramatic and transcendent 3-hour closing.

As we invite him to return to his adopted Room Two home this coming Saturday, we uncovered the recording from last year in anticipation.
