JFAICE, real name Jos Lokhorst is a DJ & producer hailing from Heemskerk, the Netherlands. Always being passionate about music JFAICE is set to leave a lasting mark on the scene with his undying love and dedication to his craft. At 6 years old he discovered classical music and got so captivated by the chords and harmonies that it made him curious about what more there is to it in this music world. He went on to discover Trance through the music of names like Tiësto, Mauro Picotto, Bart Claessen(Barthezz) etc. And then got even more into it while bumping into the 90s Rave sound & culture. But the electronic music virus really caught him while he Discovered Daft Punk one day while he was on school camp. This pushed him over the edge & inspired him to get to producing his own music. He went on downloading FL Studio, opened it up for the first time & the rest is history.

Those Old School Trance, House & 90’s Rave influences are still heavily present in JFAICE his music. Breakbeats, high pitched vocals, harsh sounds & emotional chord progressions are a big part of his signature sound. No matter the style or bpm, these influences will always stay in his music. These influences play a big part in what made Electronic Music sound the way it is today, so JFAICE wants to make sure this sound stays alive. Also these sound hold a lot of good memories and this nostalgia is something that should be kept alive.

His sound is best described as harsh & energetic, with a touch of emotion and pure craziness. Showing his passion for the craft through every song he puts out. Diversity is also something he stands for, as he is not bound to only one style. Speed House, Bass Music, Hard Techno & Electro House are his main outlets. But even tho his brand is set around the harder styles he also loves to experiment with different styles and flavors. Because of this you’ll never know what to expect during a JFAICE mix or set. But one thing is for sure, good vibes and stank faces are imminent!
