• Write one clear desire on paper — speak it into the flame, then tuck the page under a glass of water.

• Let this live Saigon set flood the room. Close your eyes, feel bass in your bones, move however your body asks.
• As sweat rises, imagine the desire already living in your muscles. Think it. Feel it. Become it.
	3.	Seal it
• When the final note fades, blow out the candle and sip the water — drinking the intention into every cell.
• Thank whatever you call Source. Trust the work is done.
