About the EP:
As if it came from another era or maybe another dimension, we are proud to welcome the new collaborative EP from producers KDS and Stabfinger from France and Italy, with the singer Amina Annabi from Tunisia. Initially conceived as a live show, the sonic collaboration of these three artists navigates between the most contemporary and electric sound of downtempo, but with ancestral roots of North African sang melodies, orchestrated by the incredibly talented Amina Annabi and thought of as a multidisciplinary show that combines aerial circus, lights show and live instruments.
AL Bidaya is an explosion of mystery and colors that starts from a very deep atmosphere towards the most progressive sounds, all with particular and mystical groove of what some call, ¨the sounds of the desert¨ Along with them, we also present the remixes of 3 outstanding French artists such as Karmâa, Max TenRom and Mula. Each one contributing their talent to make an excellent piece of music as we always like: both listenable at home as well as on the dance floor.

When I first listened the original song, I was excited about it and sure of two things: the vocals and the Diltar strings should be the key elements for my remix. Obviously I tried to keep the high energy of the track picturing a dance floor situation where people would give themselves in and dance with their bodies, souls and minds. Therefore, I brought a groovy bass line complemented with percussions and an offbeat synth melody.

Our first summer release "Krasinga" comes from @Vinzoomuzik and he invited several friends to support him. As well as @SteffenKirchhoff and @Phonkhead, @TheoGramal and @ackssek contributed remixes. It has become a great EP that not only connects artists and friends but also all of us. There is no difference between light and shadow or warm and cold. Everything is connected by time and space. Everything lives! With his organic and acoustic sounds, the ethnic voices and the meditative atmosphere he wants to bring us closer to this impression. It is an invitation to embark on a journey through oneself towards others, towards an all-embracing connectedness. He supports us with the spirit of his melodies.

Nan - Burn (Original Mix)

Evan Hatfield and Elisa Rose created “Veuela Vuela” together through a spurt of musical inspiration. The lyrics, sung in Spanish by Elisa, translate to “Fly, fly little bird, sunlight returns, Grow, grow little soul, Open, open my heart.” The piece of music has a haunting optimism, a sorrow-filled joy, and uplifting depth. Evan and Elisa have worked and created music together for many years and this is the first collaboration by them to be released.

Evan Hatfield is a multi-instrumentalist and music producer based in Southern California. His unique and eclectic musical style combines his training in classical Indian music, the psychedelic and funk bands he plays with, and the western classical composers he was brought up listening to. Evan’s music has been remixed by the artist Goldcap and released on the Pinkturban record label. He has performed at West Coast music festivals such as Lucidity, Oregon Eclipse 2017, Echo Park Rising, and numerous underground after-parties in the Los Angeles area. Evan's energy knows no bounds, which enables him to connect with his audience and bring them an extraordinary musical experience.

Pippi Ciez is from Birmingham, England and is undoubtedly one to watch out for on the rising electronic music scene. His style is diverse and creative. Pippi retains the original heart of tribal drum patterns, incorporates slices of Indian influences, and uses layers of digital and analog machines to infuse African instrumentation. We can expect tremendous things from Pippi in 2020. He has upcoming releases on Do Not Sit, Behrouz’s label, his own label Inward Records, and Chicago Imprint Zolotaya Orda. That’s all that can be said for now. Stay tuned!
