Soft Techno

Peak time at OXI. High bpm (for me at least). Sometimes flowy and progressive, sometimes trashy and punchy, with my own productions dotted through and getting increasingly emotional in the second half.

Some of that emotion is easy to explain. This night was a fundraiser for the family of Lea Rose (aka Radical Softness) after their untimely departure, and at the halfway point you'll hear a track featuring their voice called "I am Emotional".

After bringing their signature vibe to Lunchbox Candy in September, they’re back with a set full of energetic and heartfelt club grooves, featuring their favorite house tracks of the moment. With this mix, they aim to bring back the intoxicating energy of the crowd and create that unifying dance floor magic once again.

Three hours of energy, sometimes pumpy, sometimes floaty, touching on techno and (of course) sparkles of Italo. Tracks are a mixture of familiar finds I've been playing out in 2024, some of own, some "I've always wanted to play this" and some classics thrown in.
