We at Muimina Sounds are delighted to present 'Pepe's Bodega - La Chorrera' the second full length album in our discography.

'La Chorrera' based upon the McKenna brothers (Terence & Dennis) adventures and experiences in the Colombian Amazonas during 1971, depicted in Terence's book 'True Hallucinations' - an essential read for anybody interested in altered states of consciousness. Listening to 'La Chorrera' is like a memory down trippy lane, as the story turns, twists and progresses, there will be many illuminations and recalls. A wide variety of musical styles are incorporated inside each track - stories of contemporary psychedelia.

We hope you enjoy 'La Chorrera', a story that is over 50 years in the making and one that continues to evolve.

02 Settlement - Hole In The Ground

First release of 2024 and entering our 17th year as a label. Our Brazilian rep DJ Thaty presents her second compilation. One that is in her signature style of selections ranging from Hi tech to deep organic fast nightpsy. Comprising predominantly a lot of acts from her native, as well as our in house artists and the return of the almighty Czech darkpsy maestro Gappeq , for the first time since our debut va! 

However, the compilation also boasts some boundary breaking music with some of our label artists notably Braindrop and LuneCell , that once again sets the bar for forward thinking and contemporary psychedelic trance. Rhythms , genres and fusions that are seemingly unexpected yet seamlessly intertwined, to produce something out of the ordinary that only our sonic alchemists are capable of delivering!

Known for pushing boundaries, LuneCell’s recent work explores higher tempos fused with progressive structures. His livesets often span between many tempos and bridge genres together. For LuneCell, the goal has always been to channel a sound that feels at once familiar and entirely unknown.
